public chat?

Maybe remove public chat? would mean people can't just log in and [c anyone on? then log off lol. They would have to look around a bit, spend some time online, look for people to kill etc, people would have to buy/sell at wbb making the place look more alive. Also some new players might be driven away by it that are too 'shy' to mix with the crowd after all you can still pm people if need be. Just a suggestion peeps lets hear you opinions on this

I saw it, never used it. I've read about problems coming from this in the past, perfect example a big CTFL game is going on and some asshole starts spamming FUCK YOU FUCK YOU so all you can see on your screen is FUCK YOU FUCK YOU FUCK YOU. I suggest if anything putting a spam filter of 20-30 seconds per message, otherwise you may very well end up with people spamming text to win a duel.
