New sections...

I know miner mentioned bring a few sections here too make it feel more like home, i agree 100% we need a buying/selling/trading section to keep it separated from general chat and it would increase posts and forum usage.
We could also use a guide section for things like the Evo Dragon table and maybe someone decides to make a rare drop list? lol.
One last one would be Quests and Events section, this would increase forum usage and in game player activity alot i think, announce event days or specific events and quests early on forums, people will come to read here, post and comment, even ask questions increasing posts and forum usage again. It would help players know when good quests and events are going to be held increasing player activity in-game and perhaps other players from other servers seeing these posts etc may come check out what's going on too?
