Ok first of all this contest is gay. I will however be voting for Ganja's paper doll for one key reason. Its more than 1 hue. spamming [set hue XXXX isn't challenging or that interesting once you've played with runuo yourself.

We don't exactly have access to [sethue xxxx though do we and its pretty hard to make a full set with the same hue i think especially if your having to cut other items up to make them.
