I'm not one to encourage cheating but if you are trying to do something like get commanding lord so you can lower prices/buy regs for yourself and your people. Pretty simple make a new account, kill it, get to 10 points, run for CL and stop "cheating" the system. Its understandable to cheat a little to get points needed for BASIC things when there isn't anyone to kill but please don't over do it.
